This place reminded me of home. Matheo at the front desk was so kind, even got me an upgrade! The gals cleanin' the rooms were lovely-real sweet like. Everything wassuper clean and cozy. Only downside was a lil' too much noise from outside. The street was quite lively at night.

Well-trained and helpful staff in all circumstances!!
Great place for a 7-night stay. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Location really close to areas of interest. Also, in the middle of jackson. The hotel of choice in Medellin.

great stay but noise disrupted sleep
I appreciated the trendy decor and modern feel of the hotel. The staff, especially Matheo, were accommodating, even managing to upgrade my room! Breakfast offered a fantastic selection and the dining area was good. The rooftop bar provided a lovely spot for evening relaxation, though it's best enjoyed during quieter hours.
The noise from the lively street outside made it hard to sleep at night.

We truly enjoyed this stay. The room was comfy, exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was adjacent to areas of interest. The location was absolutely incredible, with Ajiacos y Mondongos nearby, where we could eat.

The air conditioning barely worked, resulting in sleepless nights!!! The shower's low water flow certainly needs attention too!!! An overall check on room facilities would do wonders!!!

The hotel boasts a slick and modern design that caught my eye right away. The outdoor rooftop bar offered fine views and made for a perfect romantic evening. I appreciated the thoughtful anniversary upgrade that included lovely rose decorations. The location felt safe, although there are a few streets nearby locals suggest avoiding after dark. Ubering around was easy and budget-friendly, usually under $5. While the staff were friendly, communication was sometimes tricky as they didn't often speak English. The room itself was cozy, but the air conditioning struggled to keep it cool during sunny days was great. Noise from the lively street below disrupted my sleep, especially on weekend nights. A little extra soundproofing would go a long way. It was a fantastic stay, but with a few tweaks, it could become really good.

I had such a cozy stay with super comfy bedding and a lovely breakfast spread every morning! The pool area was a great spot to chill out, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊
